A Meeting, a Dialogue, a Common Thread

"The world is full of moments that have yet to exist. Instances that, while living on their own, need others to take on meaning: an atheist who needs a God to disbelieve, the day who needs the night to arrive, a camera that needs a moment in front of the lens.”

It is true that the role of the artist is to be aware of the world, as we are surrounded by elements that we can observe—and pair—again and again, weaving them together to give them new life. Just as linking words make connections to create a story, so do images. Paring doesn't mean just placing elements close to each other, but creating a third one.

Common Thread invites viewers to explore how meaning is created through juxtaposition. The space between two images becomes as important as the images themselves, creating an unwritten narrative that unfolds through contrast, rhythm and interpretation.
